I ...dislike... how they also want you to change your phone service as well (iiPhone they call it) to get a decent plan...

Edit: Oh and also how they split the data up .. I don't want to leave me computer on at night .. so noisy I can't sleep.

well alot of routers support speeds up to 24M, but that would cost far too much to be economical.

routers may support 24mbps, but if ur adsl modem can only support 8mbps......

some routers which only support 8mbps (ADSL1 max speed) can be flashed to ADSL2 speeds with a newly updated firmware.

this would be excellent, only if you're on an iiNet DSLAM (and keep in mind, the closer you are the faster speeds you'll get).
