I asked the people on orientation yesterday which bus I catch and they said Busways.

I went on the Busways site, but im not sure which timetable i use to get from Blacktown station to Blacktown campus.

The website is www.busways.com.au.

Can anyone help me?

Wouldn't it be easier to catch a train to quakers hill?

Thats another option. I live in Guildford, and here are the two options for me to get to Blacktown campus.

1.) Catch a T-way from Woodpark (near my place) to Parramatta station and then catch a train from Parra station straight to Quakers Hill

OR

2.) Get dropped off and catch a train at Guildford station, which will take me to Blacktown station and then take one of the buses which drops me off at Blacktown campus.

Which one is better?

Well, your generally catching the train in peck hour during the morning, so you can either catch a train to richmond or riverstone.
Personally I prefer catching a train cause I live on a train line.

But you have to work out which is going to be the most economical for you and which one is the easiest; cause I have no idea where Guildford is. But you say you'd go to parra, so I'm guessing i know where abouts it is.

I'd think that the Tway and train to Quakers would be easier, but its really up to you.

I reckon option 1 would be better because the T way is pretty quick (and air conditioned) and a train from Parra goes directly to Quakers Hill station. Also, hopefully when i get my concession card, it will be cheaper.

Also, i don't want to have to bother my dad most days to take me to and pick me up from Guildford station.

On Mondays, i have uni from 1pm to 3pm and on Tuesdays, my times are from 8am to 10am. On Thursday and Friday, i will on most days get a lift from my family friend as he is in the same course and campus as me.

My parents used to drop me off at parra in the morning, but I didn't want to bother them any longer, so now i catch 2 trains.

8am start - ouch thats gonna hurt! lol.

Trains during the middle of the day usually go all the way to richmond, and hence they will only come every hour.

And air con is always a bonus - especially when its hot :)

Actually on Tuesday, my family friend and I are in the same lecture which starts at 8am so i will most likely get a lift from him.
