Neo; you seem to be confusing kerrys protectionist policies for right of the centre policy.
fooozle wooozle?

They are left.
fooozle wooozle?

Bush and Howard seek to put Australia smack bang in the middle of the political spectrum, socially, economically...
Incorrect. I cant speak for Bush but Howard is all for reducing government intervention in the economy *scroll*

Kerry and Latham represent a group pushing towards socialist policies
Kerry is a capitalist pig. Did you know he'd be the richest president since JFK if he got elected?

... in an attempt to protect the country

Its upsetting that my hands are tired from the reconciliation debate...

perhaps neo you could just know that your wrong and i can explain later...

like ur not entirely wrong... but just making a few honest mistakes... which a lot of people could quite easily see... although irene adlers responses have been far from inspiring...

i'll come back tomorrow and explani myself

your point on PBS (that the liberal government is trying to protect it) is fine accept that Howard, by opening trade borders is putting it under threat. Latham by wanting them more closed is trying to protect it. And kerry wants closed trade borders too... theres your correlation... Howard wants open... Kerry and Latham want closed... (and when i say closed... i dont mean it literally...) NO ONE wants closed borders NO ONE (cept le commies)... but u see my point.

kerry is not on the right of howard.. no way no how

no... closing borders, protects; opening, expands... if i were to say one was better... then i would be giving opinion. No one ever said opening borders is protectionist policy
