That's an 89 scaling to a 75 mate. Still awful either way.According to last year's A3 Table, if you got a HSC mark of 94 (need to be at least top 10% of state), it scaled down to 75. But that is not as low as it sounds... if all of your subjects were 75 scaled your ATAR would be 90+
Woops, accidently looked at P99That's an 89 scaling to a 75 mate. Still awful either way.
You do IPT, which scales even worse!Holy. I was actually thinking of doing business.
Meh. It's only scaling. 15hours of effort = 1 Atar point. Lol. Thats how I thinkYou do IPT, which scales even worse! But at least your subjects aren't as bad as mine... they all scale like shit (except English) :uhhuh:
How are you supposed to interpret this table? What's the difference between scaled and HSC?According to last year's A3 Table, if you got a HSC mark of 94 (need to be at least top 10% of state), it scaled down to 75. But that is not as low as it sounds... if all of your subjects were 75 scaled your ATAR would be 90+
Well HSC is the mark you get from the Board of Studies, and the scaled mark is what UAC does to make your ATAR. The scaled marks are then added and then give you an aggregate which is out of 500. To get an ATAR of 90 for last year, you needed about 365/500.How are you supposed to interpret this table? What's the difference between scaled and HSC?
