Whats the difference between Certified Agreemnets and Australian Workplace Agreements?

And where does Enterprise bargainning come into it?

CA are collective agrements made betwen an employer and a group of employees, or lyk between an employer and a union or unions representing employees whereas AWS is an individual agreement between an employee and and employer

both formal agreements are examples of enterprise bargaining introduced by the Worplace Realtions Act.

Yup and individual contracts are just between the employer and an individual employee. Whereas enterprise bargaining are between a number of employees/union and a employer.

I didn't think that individual contracts were part of enterprise bargaining though ?
