n=cv
you want concentration of 0.1, volume of 0.1, ie 0.01 moles.

n also equals m/M, mass on molar mass. Molar mass is 22.99+16+1.008=40.007 (off top of my head, is that right? lol)

so times 0.01 by 40.007 and you get 0.4g.
