Just a quick question,

My friend told me that anyone could go to the Ocamps, for example, if you're not a Business student, you can still go to the BSOC camp etc.

Is this true or..?

you're allowed to go to bsoc camp if you don't do business - its not restricted to bsoc students only

It'd be more beneficial to go on a camp provided by your faculty though
This is becomes of things like meeting people doing your course, getting tips relating to your course, possibly getting notes for some of your subjects, etc

Yes you can because the society assumes that you are a student within the faculty, however, I know that a few societies are now checking whether you are actually from that faculty or not before letting you go.
