Hi, so im kinda lingering on the 89-90 range and was wondering if my schools rank can still affect my atar tomorrow excluding the calculator?

No its only your results (including raw results) that effect it, and how well/bad everyone else in the state did.
Keep in mind there is also bonus points for specific courses.

The marks you received today can not be affected by your school rank anymore.

Nope because your school rank has sort of already been used to calculate the scores you got today.

School Ranks are only a general indication of the quality of the cohort

rank just tells you how well your cohort performs as a whole.

At least in theory, if the system works perfectly as it was designed. Whether or not it does is a matter for debate. Of course the ranks themselves have absolutely no bearing, but the quality of the cohort indicated by these ranks .... well its possible it has an effect.

But yes, absolutely no effect once the assessment marks are determined.

Once your results are in print (today), whether you go to James Ruse or a school ranked last, it won't influence the calculation of the ATAR given your final marks.
