ok so i was looking at this question right, the question involves pulleys, from my understanding if u have a pulley in a system all it does is it changes the directions of the forces but if you have lets say 4 pulleys in the same system does taht give any kind of mechanical advantage??? thanks alot in advance!:)

yea kinda but do u know by how much, my stupid teacher confused us when he talks, he said somtin like theres a ratio like if theres 4 pulleys it makes it like u put in 1 the system puts out 4 if theres 4 pulleys or something on that line is that correct?:confused: lol
