Can someone explain what Module B is about? (1 Viewer)

I know the requirements for Module A and C but my teacher hasn't gone through what Module B is. I've looked it up on the BOS website and there's a whole list of texts that "students" had to choose to talk about in the exam for Module B.
Can anyone elaborate on how it works?
