Your working out solves the area below y=e^-x, you need to find the area bounded between y=1 and y=e^-x

Take 2 minus the answer you got. You're not looking for the area under the curve; you're looking for the area bound between the curve and y=1, so you need to subtract the area under the curve from the area of the rectangle to get the correct answer.

For 22, y^2 = 2x e^-x^2 since you are multiplying -1/2x^2 times 2 and not the power of x times 2

13b is find a and 20b is evaluating the integral
For 13b it is all correct you just need to finish it by subtracting 1 on both sides, divide both sides by -1 and cancel out the natural log

For 20b well your integration is incorrect, you shouldnt be using log to integrate just use the normal method and start by turning it into a reciprocal
