That's the usual way, and it's also the literal translation. "Love is being done by me"

It is, however, VERY strong. Usually if you're confessing a crush or something you would blush and mutter in a small voice "kimi no koto...suki" and run away.

or you could use the phrase "go out with me please" and then do the running away. tĉBBB tsukiatte kudasai. this can work if you're an exchange student with the typical Westerner looks and personality. too bad it wasnt me hehehe
