ummm i think i came a bit late...

havent read all of huys message

but i have seen a guy like reset his font registery...

and it reset all the fonts for windows...

not sure how it is done... im guessing just about of l33t tweaking

just to let ya guys know, i figured out what the problems was... LOL bout bloody time to!

when i was typing up something in word.. i noticed that the front ARIAL was in italics... so i deleted it from the fonts and everything is all good now

man it was something soOoO small

but anyway, thanks for all you help guys.... i aprreciate it

i dont think the fonts folder is protected by windows file protection
must've deleted it from the \windows\fonts dir
and 'somehow' (miraculously) restored itself upon next boot.
-that, or the windows cd was asked for, and it copied over the font (original).

weird

but good to hear that you've fixed the problem.

yeah it was strange aye? never gonna use arial font again... i hate it now.. yeah i copied the fonts folder from my bros comp
