Can't change my minor to a major (1 Viewer)

So I enrolled into a finance sub-major at uts, but after doing some research I wanted to change to a finance major.
How can I do this on the UTS enrol/plan subjects webpage?

and why can't you withdraw and add like your subjects with ease?
