Replacement CFCs don't have Chlorine. Which is the bad thing in ozone depletion.

This is a subjective question. You're supposed to answer what you think backed up with good reasons...

OK, I just types CFC replacement into Google and came up with:

http://www.fluorocarbons.org/documents/Chemical Families/PFCs/cfc.pdf

substitutes for CFCs

CFC replacement efforts are paying off, as buildup of chemicals slows, says NOAA. - Free Online Library

Potential accumulation of a CFC-replacement degradation product in seasonal wetlands

I'm sure you can form an opinion with facts to base them on from that.
I would be careful to investigate the negative effects of the replacements as well, to balance your discussion.
