Just b coz they didnt prosecute dun mean its not true... there was not enough eveidence At the moment ...so they prosecutor did the right thing...do u ppl know wat happens if there is not enough eviendece and the case is brough to trial... they cannot make a 'prima facie case' (case to answer) and the person is acquitted and charges dissmiised and therefore due to the double jepardy rule they cannot b convicted again even if sufficient evidence is found!
