With a Casio graphics calculator, in the run/simple claculator menu sub section, if I type 3-2, it will give the result 0 or 1. The same occurs in any programs.

How do I make it go to decimal places?

i think i have a casio graphic calculator....if it is the same press MODE 3 times and on the screen it should come up with 3 weird things saying; FIX 1, SCI2, NORM3.....press number 1 on your calculator and it will come up with FIX 0~9...thats the number of decimal places you can have....so if you want 2 d.p. press 2, if you want 1 press 1. To take it off decimal place mode....press mode 3 times again and this time press NORM which is 3 on your calculator....then simply press 1 or 2....it doesnt matter which.
i hope this helps....if its what you're asking for :)

I tried as suggested, althoguh can't access the setup from the main menu.
I can access the setup when in say the graphing window, althoguh that only has options such as grid on/off etc, and theres no "mode" option.

hmm, did the calculator come with a manual?
you might find something on their website, but other than that I don't know how you'd do it.

Let's get you into the main menu page. Press [EXIT] as many times as you can, then press [MENU].

Now press [1]. You're in the normal "run" mode.

Now go into set-up, by pressing [SHIFT] [MENU].

You'll see a whole list of things. Scroll down to "Display".
Now press [F1] for "Fix", then select the desired number of decimal places.

Then press [EXIT] a couple of times to get you back into the normal run mode.

Hope this helps.

Personally, you should be able to do without the Fix or Sci modes. Try to learn to round off by sight. It's much quicker.
