SO howd every1 go???

I got ass raped soooo bad it aint funny.

For Paoper 1 i got Section 1 n 3 back: grand total of 16/30 so far.... shocking!!!

Paper 2: Section 1 and 2: 28/40...... shocking

I am getting mine back on monday but i already know i am going to plummit from being 3rd in the form to 20th. I hope ic an crack the 70's my english teacher marked the creative writing section and lets just say she wasn't very impressed with our forms attempt at being creative.

For paper one i got 12/15 for the first part and 12/15 for the Ali brandi essay......havent got the creative writing part back

for the second paper i got 14/20 for the Hamlet/Rosencrantz and 13/20 for John Donne........... havent got back frontline

I do standard english but the fist paper is still the same so i thought i'll still say it.
Paper 1: First section i got 5/15 ........failed that part.
Second section (creative writing) i got 12/15
Third section (Looking for alibrandi) 12/15

If anyone has good stragedgy for section 1 tell me because thats what stuffed me up badly.

I wonder how much of a difference there is between schools with different teachers marking...
Some people have asked for stratergies. Well mine in creative writing which i got 14/15 for was to go in with an adaptable story.
The only other thing i think i am qualified to give advice on is Transformations 19/20 and all i can say is context, context, context. Its the BoS and avery english teachers favourite word so drop it in a lot

I only got 73% but that got be 20th in the year. i crashed on the AOS essay, im not sure why exactly, i think my mark was a bit unfair. I know many people who did very badly. god i hate english what a load of bull****

So, exactly 80% I think. I shoulda done a bit better, at least 4 marks went missing from pure stupidity...

oh, I've got paper 2 back now...its a pretty mixed bag I'd say...works out to about 70% but it seems they marked rather harshly.

Hamlet/Ros. and Guld. - 10/20
Cloudstreet - 18/20
Frontline - 14/20

...and now the wait is on for ext.1 english paper to come back

My school marks extremely hard, especially my teacher so the marks we get in the trials is usually what we will get in the HSC though usually we do better!!!!!!
Overall I got 90% and 2nd in the form but what i am really glad about is that my raw mark in English is a comfortable band 6!!!!!!!

We were marked REALLY hard for all of our trials...apparently the teachers are trying to freak us out before the real thing and let me tell you its fucking working! for the Lear question i got a big fat 0 our of 20 and so did 3 other out of our class....actually i think the highest mark for the lear question was 8 it was ridiculous!
anyhoo at the moment i've had it up to eye balls with school and i'm living for the 14th of november when i can wake up from this nightmare that i have found myself in...cheers!

Yes, the worst thing is when you get those red imprints on your paper and the figure isnt 2 digits as you expected.

Paper 1 - Well mine was piss poor. Advice, listen to your teacher!!! He told me to do Section 3 first, followed by 1 and leave creative till last. Being as stupid as I am I left bloody Section 1 last and didnt answer the freaken 6 mark question!!!

Paper 1: Sections-
1 = 8/15
2= 13/15
3= 13/15

What's worst is having all the standard kids beat you in section 1!!! I am meant to be an "advanced" student, but appparently that isnt so.

Paper 2 I did much better, but still shitty marks
Frontline = 17/20
King Lear = 15/20
Emma/Clueless = 14/20
