Hey guys, my friend made a mistake with her preferences and she was supposed to put B commerce as her 1st but she ended up with Nursing @ sydU.

She got 83.6 UAI and the cut off for commerce this year is 82.5

How is her chances of getting a late round offer?

The late round cut offs rise quite high about 2 points higher than the main round offers and if you are not above the late round offer usually you don't get an offer. Unless there are vacancies during the distribution of offers in the main round offers

Still go for the late round, not all is lost. She might have to put up with nursing for half a year at least, at which time she could apply for a mid year transfer through UAC.

Mid year transfer from memory will only take into account your UAI and not GPA. Don't quote me on that.
