wen's the last day we can change our course preference for uni? Is it b4 or after we get our UAI?

After your UAI has been released. I think you can still change your preference after 1 week or something...

Jan 6th I think, can't remember exactly but it is the day when all the unis hold those course day things.

you can change it before you get your UAI, though. i've already swapped two of mine!!
do it on the website, and you don't have to pay anything, either!!

I changed my preferences from USyd to UNSW at 11:58pm on the final day before UAC closed in January 2003.

Anything can happen between now and the 6th

Yeah a tad close, imagine if your net dropped out

Yeah - the "what-if's", if my net dropped out, I'd be at Sydney Uni

My point is to organise this sorta stuff early, because of my experience, and also, because there will be a lot of traffic on the UAC site on that day, so don't leave it till last minute or you may not even be able to log in!
