Yes, in future, read one of the stickied threads, especially Frigid's one, as the entire transfer process is explained quite exhaustively.

FYI, assuming by your UAI, you mean transferring from UNSW Law to USyd Law - given your UAI, you'd need a high credit average to be competitive
