Fool.. pfft all he is is a medium for shakespeare to show how the audience should react....
he is the boringly muddled up voice of reason...
no character development is seen in the fool at all!!!!

i like kent the best, not sure why though. guess he's one of the non-insane rational characters in the play. thats how i see it anyway
