Chem 1011 help! (1 Viewer)

hey guys so I'm doing Civil/Environmental Engineering and I am doing CHEM1011 in 2nd semester. I didn't do HSC or Prelim Chem so would i struggle heaps? Should i stick with it or change to a lower chem like 1001?
and
If i do CHEM1001 would that disadvantage me into 2nd year since im doing Civil/Environmental?

Some advice would be appreciated heaps

Chem1101 only assumes Prelim chem so it shouldn't be too difficult as long as you apply yourself. Unless the second year course has a prerequisite/assumed knowledge of Chem1101, doing Chem1001 would put you at much of a disadvantage. I would recommend Chem1101 anyways.
