f- is an ion, not an atom
and just use the periodic table; to find out and the -1 charge gives an extra e-

but the options with the elctrons are only either 0 or 10 electrons.

it is 10 electrons.

however, if the question asked with regards to the nucleus, we all know nucleus only has protons + neutrons, and no electrons
