What is included in the exam? I emailed Dr. Roberts to ask if organic chem is included but he replied:

As you can see in the CHEM1031 syllabus, the organic chemistry
lectures start in Week 9, after the kinetics.
This is well after Week 7 - the notional cut-off I mentioned in the
notice sent to you.
Therefore there will not be questions in the mid-session test based
on the "Reactions of Organic Compounds" part of the syllabus.

However that doesn't really answer my question...

I think he meant it as you wont get tested on oganic section but all of inorganic sections including kinetics.

well, it really depends.. but personally... I LOVE CHEM.

So how did everyone go? I thought the test was pretty damn easy...it was so similiar to last years it wasnt funny.

I ran out of time =/ otherwise it was ok, but i felt really unsatisfied leaving knowing that i didn't finish it properly =/ btw deathless one, are you in the thurs chem lab? If so i know who you are...

I got 75% and I'm stoked to be above average (68%). Chemistry was/still is raping me.

Although the Physics exam was rape with a barbed wire condom.

yeh my mark wasn't good either. Best to put it behind us I guess. At least i killed the prac this week
