Thoughts on scaling/difficulty compared to last year?

I think it was more difficult than last year and I would say around 2022 moderation. So carrots calculator would probably fit fine for this one. 85 for B6 and 69 for B5.

According to SR 1 (who said the test was harder than 2023 so I assumed 2022 difficulty):

85 for B6 and 69 for B5.

According to another SR (who said test was easier):

B6 should be 88 or 89 lol and b5 should be around 73 - 74

So I guess we'll just find out on 18th december

They give you 1 mark for writing the balanced chemical equation basically and 2 marks if you did something correct in the working out, so basically if you just make a calculation mistake i would say you might get 2 or 3, but most likely 3/4.

I think 1 is kinda a stretch, they give you 2 if you did something right bro

Im pretty sure it was BrCH2COOH (reversible arrow) --> BrCH2COO^- + H^+ and all are aqueous and then just write the Ka equation

Maybe two marks lost because it was just a simple c = n/V question, there was nothing much to do except for Z u had to use a mol ratio. Btw the order was Y, X, Z right or am i tripping
