Hey guys, does anyone know how the film "children of men" relates to the concept of belonging? I remember I watched it a while ago and really enjoyed, I just can't remember how it related after I saw it as a suggested text.

Yeah , Children of Men is quite hard to be related for belonging. i really want to choose it to go with either my area of study prescribed text, simple gift, or for module C into the world for The story of tom brennan. But really have no idea which texts its suits to, or does it even suit it at all?
so far all i can think about for children of men that relates to belonging is:
- the anti-immigration/fascists policies. (exclusion of other nationalities/immigrants into brit.)
- the future of the world, if it is continued on the same path were taking now.
-coping with the issue of infertility in the entire society.
- religious beliefs, Christianity, biblical references.
- and most definatley hope.

i really need help for this as well, especially for which text it suits with.
