im doing 'in the skin of a lion' too

it is a pretty good book the first time i read it, then we read it again in class and now i am reading it again just before the HSC starts.

1st = good and enjoyable
2nd (with notes) = annoying but still ok
3rd (extensive notes) = bleugh

and there is hardly any help here so .. damn

it is such a convoluted (is that right) text that trying to make notes is hard. and it has barely and dialogue so quotes suck.
It is not a 3rd person narration, i would say it is a 4th person but i dont think that is allowed. It seems we are being told the story by someone who has been told the story by Patrick. We find out everything he does but it doesnt seem personal enough to be a 3rd person.

maybe it is just pre exam stress getting to me but the book hardly makes sense

whatever, once it is all over who cares? unless i dont get into university .. crap. Screw English - the most time consuming and yet compulsary subject i do, and i dont do easy subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Maths 3 Unit and Business)

woot to no more school though

(thanks for reading my whine of the day for today)
