i thought the limit was 24cpt, i asked the student office and
they said "they dont know" since its difference amounts for each course..

my friend said its 28cpt the maximum...
anyone has any idea?

yep i heard it.. she talking about the "new credit point system" that will take affect next year when the units will be standardised...

im confused on whether we get to choose to stick with the credit point system now or take up the new standardised one as of next year.

Claw2001 is on Thu and Fri with Brett Bondfield.

That is worse than 1002.

Conclusion: Stay away from Claw.

The limit is 30 per semester before needing special permission, I know because I did the whole thing online and overloaded without problems.

Yeh if it's possible ill drop metrics 1020 and do it, able to do another subject that counts for what I want, awesome.

Edit- Done and done! 26 cp's this sem, good now I can underload a future senior unit and not have to do the extra assignment to make up the difference.

Well when the senior units standardise and we've got 2 spare cp's we can just not do one of the extra assignments to balance it out.

if i understand correctly, claw2001 will only be worth 6cp next year and the extension unit won't be compulsory; extension units are only there to allow you to reach the req. number of cps for your majors if you are doing them under the current rules. so, if you do claw2001 this semester, you may have to go over the req. number of cps for your degree. imo those 2cp could be better spent elsewhere...
