I'm thinking of doing CLAW 2201 next year, would anyone recommend this, what's the assessment like - hard, easy??

Also has anyone successfully overloaded in the economics and business faculty? Would you recommend doing this??

i just did claw 2201, its interesting and builds on claw 1001 skills... assignment was alright but i managed to fcuk it up, the rest of the marks (15%) are just participation so going into finals with a high D or HD is manageable.... exam is open book and should be ok assuming u do work throughout semester and have an idea of wats being covered in lectures...

Does anyone have the UoS outline for this subject?

I wonder what topics are covered.......such as negligence, equity....and so on..

i wonder why tutorial participation counts so much.

imagine how crazily people in tutes will try to grab attention by talking so much.

Yeah, I would've put in on for next year, but it needed CLaw1001 pre-requisite.
