juz say dey rechecked and dey realised dat da mark was supposed 2 b less than da mark i got. Would dey change it?

But stupid that they won't re-read the work... they only recheck if the marks were entered correctly (I found out) >_<

Hmmm... well its good that they cant take marks off but do you think its worth it?

Some ppl (including me) need only, like, .5 increase in uai to reach last years cutoff for a course, so an extra mark or two would really b handy. So do they often award extra marks or is it just a BOS money making exercise? lol.

EDIT: If u get it done will it be ready before the first round uni offers??

I am just getting every thing re - checked...its only 12 bucks per paper + 24 bucks for english, a small price to pay for a higher uai...

for example if I get one more mark in a sub it can push my uai up 3 points

may aswell go for it and hope for the best...

But they only check if they recorded the marks properly... But if you think it'll give you a change, go for it, nothing to lose except the cash

... I want to get EE1 and Modern History rechecked because I was really dissapointed by those marks... I'm just over my UAI cutoff, but I still want to be okay for first round offers at least? Could they sort my new marks out, if they find any, with my UAI and everything by January 6th?

umm obviously the bos people send you a letter saying

"we checked your papers and found no changes/errors"/ "you have 1 more mark in english" or something along the lines of this?

if your hsc marks change so will your UAI.
