Hey

Just wondering.. what clothes are appropriate for labs? Which shoes too? Also, do we have to supply our own lab coats and goggles?

closed shoes, lab coats and goggles for chemistry labs and probably babs as well. Only closed shoes for physics labs.

yes you need your own lab coat and goggles but you can them at uni. I remember getting my lab coat from the blockhouse

Hey,
Leather shoes are not needed, just fully enclosed shoes will do. Physics is just the shoes.
Depending on the lab you may need goggles (i.e. for chemistry labs)(not for BABS/BIOS)
and you'll need a lab coat for chemistry/biology.

You can buy goggles/lab coat from a few places around the uni. I got mine from the ARC store. I think it was around $35 to $40 for the coat and around $7 for the goggles. The prices are pretty close to that - they aren't exact - I forgot the actual prices.
If your doing anatomy or anything like that, than disposable gloves are provided.
