hey guys this is my first post

i recently got an assesment on coagulation n i have no idea??
would a vanilla slice (the custard) be an example of coagulation?
cause i have to cook something and explain what it is about.
help would be appreciated. thanks!

coagulation is something that happens to proteins when they're caused to denature, or lose their shape, by heating: coagulated proteins form a sort of gel. yes, custard is an example: the protein in the egg coagulates, forming your custard. there are so many resources on the internet: google is your best friend for the next two years.
