i don't get it. Why does everyone want to work for Grace Bros for its too high class for me and too poshly for my liking. I wish i was sent to Kmart maybe less work and customer service. But here i am working for Grace Bros. Still have no confidence in using the cash register. Already been to my first day of work.

i've done all of that now i've done my first day of work too. Even though that part was a stuff up coudln't change the time after i realised it was too late. So yeah now i'm just gonna finish the hsc then call up to find out my timetable.

@ the first day (pre-employement meeting) it was like that, but at the training it was more half-half ....

Hey I didn't know this thread even existed. I did my training on the 2nd Tuesday of the holidays.....we watched 6 videos and ordered uniforms and stuff. Pretty lame. Anyone else working at KMart Burwood?

Oh and guys did u order the polo or the blouse?

hey how come u guys get to order certain uniforms. For us working at Grace Bros we had to get our own.

quit bragging
i wanted grac bros and got rejected two years in a row
i tried out for santas helper for gracs bros....i think i kinda go it, but there weren't positions at burwood, and they wanted me to work at leichardt, maybe coles, and i couldn't work late...so they're either still looking for alternative jobs for me....or they've given up on me
oh well, i've given up on coles myers all together and now i got a job at starbucks which is cool, cause i love coffee(stupid HSC) and love starbucks
