maybe use lui instead of lo?
is amare the verb or is it amarsi?
it's "amare qualcuno" right, so you'd use lo not gli?

i probably would have written what you did, i'm throwing out ideas incase it jogs your memory of something

I know that "I love him" is "lo amo" and "I love her" is "la amo" etc the problem was apparently with the word "ancora" or so my teacher said so I thought a different word must be used in italian rather than the literal translation...it doesn't matter I'm sure he'll tell me since I can't figure it out...thanks guys :)

In my written, i said si amo, but my teacher changed it to si la amo- I love her... so maybe its meant to be si lo amo ancora.

i thought u only use amare for a 'lover' and u use volere bene for other people.
and isnt it l'amo for i love him/her?
maybe its sono ancora innamorata di lui (if its a girl who says it)

wouldn't si la amo mean i love her herself/oneself? -bit of a reflexive confusion i think..

ah screw it. how about: quanto e' un coglione - non ho mica voglia vederlo mai. hate words seem so much easier lol. (correct me if i got that wrong btw!)

haha i don't mind being corrected. just be nice about it :)
have i ever not been nice about it to anyone? - if i have please post here and give me the example because i seriously didn't mean it.

i don't think worse of anyone because of mistakes - i make so many mistakes myself, i like it when people correct me because i can learn more.

nono! that wasn't aimed at you (sorry). i meant it in general to everyone that if they're gonna correct me about something just don't be mean about it. - that being said, i don't think you've ever been rude about others' mistakes!

hehe this is a somewhat late reply but I forgot to post the right way of saying it, or at least the way my tutor preferred.

Lo amo lo stesso...in the context that was probably better...*shrugs*
