Commerce Marketing Major (1 Viewer)

Anyone doing Marketing Major? If so can you tell me what is like...

Marketing seems interesting, and its one of my strongest area, does marketing major require essay writing? I thought is more with researching or preparing business reports?

I'm really looking for a course that is essay non-existant because frankly I HATE writing essay's

And to work for Hotels/Casinos, marketing degree is helpful right? or is it more towards Hospitality Management?

You don't have to decide on a major until pretty much your second semester because usually in first semester, you do core subjects which include the introductions and basics of most of the majors.... it gives you a better idea of if you like it or whether you want to change..... I went from an accounting & finance major to a HRM & Economics major....

For something minimal essay wise, try something like accounting, economics or finance.... management is mostly essays and so is HRM and employment relations.... but most subjects will involve the odd essay.
