how do i get a job working on construction sites as a trades person? pouring concrete, building steel frames, general manual labouring etc. which companies/contractors take on people with zero experience and train them up on the job, and is it like a regular job where everything is organised for you and your company just asks you to turn up wherever and follow the manager's instructions on site, or are you expected to find work yourself?
