Hi i'm having a little trouble with this dot point ,I can't find the answer anywhere so I would really appreciate it if you could help.

Use available evidence to suggest reasons for the differences in range of electromagnetic radiation detected by humans and other animals

Thanks

ummm i dunno if this is talking about electromagnetic spectrum or something else... (i haven't been over my communication notes yet) but basically different organisms (such as humans) have different requirements because of their different environments, characteristics and behaviours... ie. humans do not need to be able to see ultra-violet light, however bees would find this useful to direct them towards flowers that they can then pollinate...

there are examples in the heinemann textbook of others...

hope i'm on the right track here!
