For question 13 the locus is a circle, but I don't know how to find the range of |z| from the graph and get the answer.
Help is greatly appreciated !!!

So you think of |some_expression| as being the distance. Another more formal way is the euclidean norm.

Basically 4 is the radius centre -2+3i. Using that you can find the range.

The way you do this is you find the distance from the centre to the origin then you add the radius to get the max modulus and subtract the radius to get the min modulus
