And I heard a rumour about Grinspoon (boo!) to feature in this lineup.

Yeah it can get wild. Depends ofcourse on how much you've drunk

Its more a day thing than a night thing (with the pretty dodge lighting around the grounds).

Last year it started from the morning with the world record tequilla slammer (you get your own number and all) followed by a champagne brekkie. Finished like 7 or 8ish and the after party was at Epping Hotel, though it didn't seem to be that packed there.

The year before I think they had Merrick and Rosso broadcast in the morning and I think it went till early morning the next day in the bar...but it was so packed u could hardly get a drink. And they stopped letting people in.

The last day before the mid sem break in September.. which roughly equates to the time good ol Lachy Macquarie's folks got frisky and conceived him. Hence the name of the day - for those who weren't in the know.

yeh ill probably get pissed... no question bout that but would they be selling alcomahol outside of the pub? and if not, are we allowed to walk around with drinks in our hand?

I reckon we can. The grounds are private property, it's not like having an 'open bottle in public'. If we aren't allowed to, it's because the uni has said we can't, and, well, what are they going to do anyway.
