Configuring PSX Emulator (1 Viewer)

Can anyone help with this? There's just so much stuff to sift through that it's just getting annoying.
I've gotten the Scph1001.bin bios and I got a video plugin and I'm trying to get them both to work with ePSXe.
I followed the steps on http://www.epsxe.com/help.php but still can't manage to get FFVII to load.

Heh I decided to cut my losses and forget about the PSX emulator cause I'm getting the PC version anyway.
Where are the good ol' days where the games were just .rom files and could be loaded with the click of a button with none of this configuration bs...
