hey peoplies!!

im currently having this problem with working out my units for next year ( yr 12) i know it's probably some simple thing but yeah please help out. see these are the subjects i do:

english advanced (2u)
english ext(1u)
religion(1u)
anc hist(2u)
visual arts(2u)
community and family studies(2u)
economics (2u)

what i want to do is drop economics and pick up english extension 2. now if i pick up extension 2 does it add two units to my total or just one unit? also i kinda wanna drop anc. hist but i'm not sure, but if i wanted to would i have enough units? and should i? because i hear it scales really well and i'm doing pretty well in it too.

anyway thanks for your help!

I'm not sure..Though I believe you need a minimum of 10 units. So drop what ever subjects you what and pick what ever subjects you want, as long as you have a minimum of 10 units.

Sorry if my info is incorrect :p

One thing, don't ever think about scaling when choosing which subjects to drop etc. At the moment, you have 12 units. Now if you drop economics and pick up extension 2 english, then you have 11 units. If you drop ancient history as well you would end up with only 9 units, which means that you are not eligible for an UAI. So choose which subject to drop wisely, because you cannot drop both economics and ancient history. Gathering from your other info, drop economics and keep ancient history.
