Does anyone know what the equivalent of :
4 SA in English, 4 SA in Maths B, 4 SA in Chemistry.
The following fields will be used in selection, if required: Primary B & C, Secondary B or C or D

4SA means you need to have achieved at least a Sound Achievement (C) over 4 semesters (year 11 and 12).

The fields A - E you probably won't have to worry about. QLD uses OPs to rank students for tertiary entry and they are from 1-25 with 1 being the highest. Basically if theres a course with 20 places and 15 people with OP1s apply, they will all get a place, and then 10 people apply with OP2s then they need a method of distinguishing between those 10 people for the 5 remaining places. That is what the field positions are used for.
