I am just completing the work for implied terms at the present and I am struggling a little with the case of Byrne & Frew v Australian Airlines Lt. I am just struggling to figure out in the High Court's reasoning, in not implying the terms sought by Byrne & Frew, whether their reasoning was based on the principles of relational contract theory. Any help appreciated.
