i've seen "hype" stores stock youth converses in the city.

theres a shoe store in wollongong, lower end of keira street, opposite myers, and they sell converse.
and last time i walked past and looked in the window, i saw baby/toddler sized high tops.
i think the store is called shoo zoo, or shoe emporium.
i cannot remember.

i don't know about "youth chucks", but they stock converse in Hype, Mooks (in Galleries Victoria), Platypus (Market City)...Best to check Hype first.
