Just looking for some advice on whether this is an appropriate resignation letter. I hate my work and I want to resign.

To Whom It May Concern,

Please accept this as my resignation to DT ASIA (Beijing) effective immediately. I regret the inconvenience it will cause, but circumstances have left me no choice. I will be in contact with Human Resources to make arrangements for my final paycheck. If problems arise you may give me a call at 130701 91540 and I’ll do my best to help.
