Haha, no I just ended up sending an email.

I haded in my Credit Application form back in Week 1 and it is now Week 5 and I still haven't heard from them.

Chase up your faculty office. Mine took quite a few weeks (about a month or so)
Also, if you submitted it with student services, check with the faculty office, coz it would have been shipped from SS to the fac. office, increasing the chances of misplacement

Well Clive said that it took them about a month to get back to him and now you are saying it took them about a month to get back to you so I think I will give them one more week and then go and ask them. I did hand the form in at my faculty office.
