Creative Writing, need a plot? (1 Viewer)

Just wondering, as half yearlies are quickly approaching, would it be appropriate to have a creative writing piece whos timesframe only lasts a few seconds and has no plot?

im pretty sure you need a plot!
cant really have a story that just doesnt go anywhere... well it wouldnt be that interesting to read unless your idea was REALLYYY good
