I think you mean if you fail more than 50% of the cps.

hehe did you just do it again or am I reading it wrong?? Anyways yes fail more than half and that's what happens, basically because it's pretty hard to fail that much while really trying... (in class I mean, sure you could fail if you tried hehe) so a reduced workload may help you get used to what is expected...at the same time may get you thinking whether you should be at uni...I don't think it's all that common with students committed to actually being there, who spend more time in class than the uni bar :p
