Assess the role of discretion in the criminal investigation and trial process
What should I talk about? I have gotten public discretion, police discretion and judicial discretion but have not alot of information to what to say about those topics, or if there are any other topics. Any help is great!

It's probably best to leave out public discretion. Do lepra/police powers, bail, charge negotiation and sentencing.
